A Slow, Deep Tissue Experience
This method is a slow, soothing approach that works to “iron out” your body. You’ll experience the benefits of deep tissue therapy without the discomfort of aggressive pressure. It’s a deeply relaxing, yet effective way to release tension and promote healing.
You can choose to remain clothed or unclothed for your comfort during the session.
Session Duration: 75 minutes

The heat from the stones penetrates deep into the muscles, helping to relieve tension, improve circulation, and promote a sense of calm. The combination of smooth stones with skilled massage techniques creates a soothing experience that targets both the body and mind.
It’s fascinating how this practice, which has roots in ancient civilizations, continues to be refined and enjoyed today.

Quick Relief for Busy Lives: Targeted Neck, Shoulder, and Back Massage
We all know the feeling of not having enough time, but that doesn’t mean you should skip self-care. This massage focuses on the areas most prone to tension—your neck, shoulders, back, and glutes. Get in, get out, and feel better fast, so you can get back to what matters most.
